A main street of shops, bars, and local breweries
Maplewood is the first inner-ring suburb you’ll encounter after going west past Dogtown and Lindenwood Park. One notable feature is the backward Maplewood sign made up of reclaimed items that signifies your entrance or exit from Maplewood. It’s meant to appear correctly in the rear-view as you drive away from it, but it definitely looks like Doowelpam when you drive towards it.
The main strip along Manchester is lively and full of restaurants, bars, breweries, and small businesses.
